Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years warehouse/distribution center experience.
• 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with warehouse equipment and systems.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities within the distribution center.
• Supervise staff and direct work for order fulfillment and inventory tasks.
• Prepare work schedules and manage labor hours and payroll.
• Interview and train new team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and ISO9002 procedures.
