Floor & Decor is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Fort Myers to direct daily warehouse operations, supervise specialists and forklift operators, and support daily freight scheduling based on customer needs. You will oversee inventory control, staging, and safety programs while ensuring efficient, cost-effective practices.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, team collaboration, and accurate data management across departments to maintain smooth distribution processes and timely order

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution setting.
• Strong interpersonal, team-building, delegating and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work with multiple departments and maintain relationships.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily activities of the warehouse, shipping, receiving and inventory control.
• Schedule warehouse personnel to ensure proper staffing for shipping and receiving.
• Oversee storage, staging and rotation of inventory and keep accurate records.
• Ensure warehouse safety programs and compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize warehouse operations and data flow.
• Prepare Activity Reports and resolve discrepancies in shipping, invoices and receipts.
