Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a fulfillment, distribution, manufacturing, or similar high-volume environment.
• Directly supervising large hourly populations (up to 200).
• Experience analyzing large amounts of data to improve productivity, quality, and reliability.
• Experience managing full supervisory responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, performance appraisal, and coaching.
