Job summary

Fanatics Commerce is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead shift-level shipping, receiving, and order processing, guiding up to 200 on-site staff. You will develop frontline talent, drive improvements, and ensure fan-focused on-time fulfillment through disciplined leadership.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision making, and a strong safety culture within a high-volume fulfillment center in Las Vegas.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a leadership role within a fulfillment, distribution, manufacturing, or similar high-volume operational environment.
• Directly supervise up to 200 hourly employees, with experience managing teams of up to 200.
• Experience analyzing large amounts of operational data to develop and execute a course of action that improves productivity, quality, and reliability.
• Proven experience managing full supervisory responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, performance appraisal, coaching, discipline, and conflict resolution.
• Experience using warehouse management or other warehouse-based software systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present content effectively across business meetings, stand-up formations, and town hall settings.
• Ability to influence peers and leaders across the organization to drive the right outcomes, with strong and proven influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift-level shipping, receiving, and order processing operations, overseeing a team of up to 200 employees.
• Develop Team Leads and frontline employees by identifying strengths and growth opportunities and building leadership capability.
• Train, motivate, coach, and reward employees to drive engagement and performance.
• Ensure customer needs are met through disciplined floor-level leadership and on-time fulfillment.
• Drive continuous process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies, and leverage data and automation where applicable.
