Job summary

Penske Logistics LLC is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a single warehousing location and a team of hourly staff to meet customer requirements and Penske goals.

You will supervise inventory control, cycle counting, stock accuracy, and service processes, while driving continuous improvement and ensuring operational compliance. The role involves hiring, coaching, and performance management within a safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years related functional experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Strong written/oral communication skills and the ability to actively listen are required.
• Advanced computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train supervisors and hourly staff to meet customer objectives.
• Manage inventory control, cycle counting, and receiving accuracy.
• Oversee safety, scheduling, and documentation while controlling costs.
• Handle hiring, coaching, and corrective actions when needed.
• Collaborate with customers and location leadership to meet growth goals.
