• Ability to drive process improvement and lead change

Responsibilities

• Lead and train supervisors and associates to meet customer objectives
• Schedule workforce and equipment; supervise processes
• Conduct team meetings and provide performance coaching
• Evaluate methods to increase warehouse productivity
• Provide coverage during time off and absences
• Ensure compliance with operating systems and maintain accurate records
