Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor to provide leadership at a single warehousing location. You will direct hourly staff, oversee loading/unloading, cross-docking and customer service to meet costs and service goals.

The role includes hiring input, coaching, and ensuring safety and process adherence. Qualifications include 2–4 years related experience, high school diploma, and preferred BA.

Qualifications

• Strong written and oral communication skills are required.
• Ownership and responsibility to run the operation with urgency.
• Proven ability to manage time and stay organized.
• Experience with inventory management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership to hourly workforce at a single location.
• Supervise loading/unloading, cross-docking, and customer service operations.
• Conduct team meetings and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, safety, and company procedures.
