Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a single warehouse location in Las Vegas, NV. You will guide hourly staff, ensure customer requirements are met, and drive process improvements to align with Penske goals.

The role includes shift coverage, staff interviewing, performance coaching, safety compliance, and collaboration with customers and internal teams to optimize daily operations and cost objectives.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise logistics operations including customer service, freight loading and unloading, dispatch and documentation.
• Conduct team meetings and provide coaching to associates.
• Evaluate and implement changes to improve warehouse productivity.
• Provide relief coverage for operational duties when needed.
• Ensure operating systems knowledge and correct exception resolution.
• Complete records and reports accurately and timely.
• Involved in hiring and customer meetings as necessary.
