Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in the USA seeks an Operations Supervisor to manage warehouse activities, staff, and client communications. You will oversee inbound, outbound, and product slotting with focus on safety, quality and cost objectives.

This role requires leadership, planning, and the ability to meet client KPIs. Shifts vary; base pay range is posted with a strong emphasis on team leadership and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a High school diploma or GED.
• 3 years’ experience in a logistics/distribution/relevant environment.
• 1 year experience in a supervisory role.
• Preferred: Prior MHE certification / knowledge of basic MHE operation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, labor management and planning of inbound/outbound activities and customer communication.
• Hire and train staff; plan and assign daily work; conduct performance appraisals.
• Ensure safety, productivity and cost objectives; meet client KPI’s and SOPs.
