The role emphasizes mentoring staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, and driving process improvements while complying with company SOPs and safety programs. On-site leadership in a dynamic logistics setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of three years of warehousing/distribution experience.
• Minimum of six months supervisory experience.
• PC and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Determine work volume, prepare schedules, and expedite workflow.
• Assign duties and inspect work for quality and policy compliance.
• Monitor and direct outbound shipping; perform as needed.
• Mentor and coach associates; conduct performance evaluations.
• Oversee receiving process zoning and product database development.
• Train staff on policies, procedures, and standard work.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
