Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead warehouse teams, ensure safety and quality, and drive efficient shipping of outbound orders. The role emphasizes process adherence, training, and continuous improvement within a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in warehousing or distribution.
Minimum of three years of warehousing, distribution, or related experience.
Minimum of six months supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

Direct the work of associates in the warehouse/distribution environment to meet safety and quality standards.
Prepare work schedules, assign duties, and monitor workflow for efficiency.
Monitor, direct, and when necessary perform the accurate shipping of outbound orders.
Provide written and oral instructions; hold associates accountable per SOPs.
Mentor and coach associates; manage timekeeping and perform performance evaluations.
