Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead warehouse associates, ensure safety and quality, and manage daily work flow. The role focuses on scheduling, instruction, and driving continuous improvement across the distribution center.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor degree or equivalent, at least three years in warehousing, and supervisory experience with strong PC skills. This on-site position offers a pathway for advancement within a safety-conscious team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent related experience and/or training.
• Minimum of three years of experience in warehousing, distribution, or related required.
• Minimum of six months supervisory experience; PC and Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise associates in warehouse to ensure safety and quality.
• Plan work volume, schedules, and workflow for cost effectiveness within the department.
• Monitor, direct, and when necessary perform accurate shipping of outbound orders.
• Mentor and coach associates, including corrective actions and performance evaluations.
• Support safety programs and participate in Safety Committee; assist in process improvements.
