Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse or distribution center.
• Excellent interpersonal, team building, delegating and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work with other departments in the company.
• Effective communication skills (oral and written).
• Competent in basic mathematical calculations.
• Strong computer skills, with the ability to work in Windows-based systems.
• Available to work extended hours, especially during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Schedule warehouse personnel daily to ensure proper manning for shipping and receiving.
• Direct day-to-day warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, maintenance, and inventory control.
• Oversee Storage Buy transactions, receiving errors, and product staging.
• Maintain warehouse equipment and ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Enforce warehouse safety programs and SOP adherence.
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize operations.
• Prepare activity reports for management and resolve discrepancies in shipping and invoices.
