Job summary

Staci Americas seeks a Warehouse Operations Supervisor for the Avondale, AZ site. The role reports to the Operations Manager and is responsible for directing all shift activities to maximize productivity and ensure efficient warehouse processes.

The candidate should bring 3–5 years of related warehousing experience and the ability to lead with a safety-first approach. The position requires coordinating staffing, training, and supervising hourly associates while maintaining compliance with SOPs

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related warehouse supervision experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift warehouse activities and daily schedules.
• Ensure inventory is received, stored, and relocated accurately.
• Maintain safe, clean working environment and equipment.
• Plan staffing to meet daily order fulfillment and shipping needs.
• Coach and develop hourly staff and supervise Shipping/Receiving Clerk.
