Job summary

Staci Americas seeks a Warehouse Operations Supervisor for the Avondale, AZ site. The role reports to the Operations Manager and is responsible for directing all shift activities to maximize productivity and ensure efficient warehouse processes.

The candidate should bring 3–5 years of related warehousing experience and the ability to lead with a safety-first approach. The position requires coordinating staffing, training, and supervising hourly associates while maintaining compliance with SOPs

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related warehouse supervision experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to be based at our Avondale, AZ location reporting to the Operations Manager.

The salary is $65,000 to $70,000.

Job Summary

Staci Americas is looking for an experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor to manage and oversee all shift warehouse activities, ensure efficient processes, and maximize warehouse productivity for the site.

Job Duties

• Help to determine space requirements and ensure that inventory is put away, relocated, and stored accurately.
• Manage the daily work schedules of fulfillment associates to ensure a smooth and productive operation.
• Responsible for the proper operation and maintenance of equipment, as well as ensuring there is a safe, clean working environment.
• Plan and coordinate staffing to meet daily order fulfillment and shipping needs.
• Train on the safe operation of equipment and the maintenance of material handling equipment
• Motivate, evaluate, and coach warehouse staff.
• Manage Shipping/Receiving Clerk and Account Leads.

• Warehousing practices and procedures including receiving and shipping methods, supervision, and accountability

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

Three to Five (3-5) years of related experience in Warehousing, Receiving, or Inventory Control, ideally within a multi-client warehousing environment; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
