Responsibilities

• Develop and implement shipping and receiving work schedules and assignments to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
• Supervise warehouse personnel and assign tasks based on skills and operational requirements.
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
• Review daily objectives and determine productivity requirements for facility goals.
• Ensure warehouse equipment is used efficiently and coordinate maintenance with management.
• Balance labor resources and maintain appropriate staffing levels with leadership support.
• Prepare and submit daily end-of-shift reports on performance and productivity.
• Support operational initiatives to improve efficiency and workflow and participate in safety programs.
