Job summary

DP World in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Operations Supervisor to launch and lead a new 24/7 warehouse operation. You will manage multiple shifts, drive performance, and foster a culture focused on safety, accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.

Ideal candidates have hands-on leadership experience in Automotive, Manufacturing, or Logistics, with strong communication and a track record of developing teams in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in automotive, manufacturing, or logistics.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience/training in Occupational Health & Safety, 5S, Lean methodologies preferred.
• Quality systems knowledge to monitor staff performance and costs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, train, motivate, monitor and evaluate team performance.
• Ensure safe operation of material handling equipment.
• Monitor production metrics and document performance.
• Identify and eliminate safety and housekeeping hazards.
• Ensure compliance with processes, work instructions and standard work.
• Coordinate with materials to ensure on-time receipt and shipment.
