Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with WMS systems and basic computer applications (Word, Excel, email).
• Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse functions, including receiving, picking, packing, replenishment, shipping, and inventory control.
• Assign labor and manage workflow to meet daily production goals.
• Monitor performance metrics and take corrective actions when needed.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates.
• Conduct shift huddles, assign daily tasks, and ensure SOP compliance.
• Manage attendance, performance feedback, coaching, and corrective actions.
• Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety programs.
• Conduct regular safety audits and promote a strong safety culture.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality expectations, and operational standards.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Support implementation of operational strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy and participate in cycle counts.
• Maintain clear communication across shifts, departments, and leadership teams.
• Prepare and deliver shift reports, performance updates, and elevate issues as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Maintenance, and Training.
