Job summary

RJW Transport, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Manager for the Plainfield, IL area. The role supervises shift staff, manages data entry, and ensures accurate paperwork flow for all shipments in accordance with customer specifications.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the Co-Pack/Retail Fulfillment manager, maintaining safety training, and overseeing payroll-related timesheets and overtime. Local onboarding and daily operations are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years related experience in co-pack or warehouse environments.
• Experience using WMS software (Synapse preferred).
• PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Access Database.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shift staff and conduct performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
• Oversee all warehouse data entry and paperwork flow; ensure accuracy.
• Monitor shipments for quality and customer specifications; ensure training on changes.
