Job summary

RJWlogistics is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead a 2nd shift at Plainfield, IL, reporting to the Co-Pack/Retail Fulfillment Manager. You will supervise staff, oversee data entry, and ensure accurate shipments in line with customer specs.

The role requires 3–5 years in co-pack/warehouse operations, strong English communication, and hands-on experience with WMS and MS Office. Competitive salary range of $60–65k and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years related experience in co-pack operations.
• Minimum 2 years related experience in warehouse environment.
• Experience using WMS software (Synapse preferred).
• PC literate with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access Database.

Responsibilities

• Assign work tasks for warehouse staff to meet customer specs.
• Monitor quality and accuracy of shipments per customer requirements.
• Ensure staff training on changes and OSHA/RJW policies.
• Oversee data entry and paperwork flow, ensuring accuracy.
• Manage shift timesheets and payroll accuracy.
• Maintain safety, equipment, and building maintenance per SOP.
• Communicate with customers and respond to inquiries.
