Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead BluePoint operations at the ICS facility, directing receiving, storage, inventory, and shipping. You will oversee warehouse staff, ensure accuracy and compliance with GMP/GDP, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain product availability and customer commitments.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in warehouse controls, and the ability to work extended hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of warehouse or distribution supervisory experience.
• Pharma/healthcare or regulated distribution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct, train, and coach warehouse associates on BluePoint operations.
• Manage staffing, assignments, attendance, overtime, and productivity.
• Supervise receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Ensure inbound/outbound shipments are documented and on time.
• Maintain ambient and refrigerated inventory and cycle counts.
• Coordinate transfers between ICS and AHP; ensure GMP, GDP, DEA compliance.
