Job summary

Cencora is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to lead BluePoint operations at the ics facility in Lockbourne, OH. The role oversees inbound/outbound shipping, inventory, and staff, ensuring safety, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.

You will manage ambient and refrigerated inventory, transfers, and cycle counts while coordinating with cross-functional teams. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years supervisory experience are preferred, with a sign-on bonus available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent education and experience will be considered.
• Minimum of two years of progressively responsible warehouse or distribution experience.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Pharmaceutical/regulated distribution or cold chain experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct, train, coach, and monitor warehouse associates supporting BluePoint operations.
• Manage staffing, assignments, attendance, overtime, productivity, and performance.
• Supervise receiving, putaway, picking, packing, verification, shipping, and inventory movement.
• Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate, documented, and on time.
• Oversee ambient and refrigerated inventory storage and handling.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
• Coordinate transfers between ics and AHP facilities.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, DEA, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain controls for released, quarantined, damaged, or recalled inventory.
• Investigate issues and support corrective actions.
• Monitor equipment, RF devices, and safe handling practices.
• Track performance and drive improvements for safety, accuracy, capacity, and service.
• Provide onsite leadership and escalate issues impacting availability or commitments.
• Support extended hours, weekend coverage, and physical inventory as needed.
