Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle changing priorities and work under pressure.
• Good visual acuity for inspecting shipments.
• Ability to input data and create daily inventory reports.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• MHE experience or willingness to learn MHE.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily warehouse activities.
• Work with shift leadership to achieve shift goals.
• Oversee and coordinate warehouse processes such as receiving, put away, picking, and loading of products.
• Direct work assignments to employees.
• Provide daily hands-on support in material handling and forklift responsibilities.
• Drive safety, quality, and productivity goals in support of the leadership team.
• Suggest process improvements to the supervisor.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external partners.
• Ensure efficient and safe operation of all material handling equipment.
• Train new and current employees on SOPs and WIs.
• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse, including inventory rotation and labeling.
