The role requires a Bachelor degree and 3+ years in warehousing or distribution, plus at least 6 months of supervisory experience, with strong communication and leadership skills to maintain performance and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college; or equivalent related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of three years of experience in warehousing, distribution, or related required.
• Minimum of six months supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of associates in the warehouse/distribution environment.
• Ensure safety and quality of work for departments and areas of responsibility.
• Schedule job assignments and inventories; monitor receiving processes.
