Job summary

ITS Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead the execution of daily warehouse activities, collaborating with operations leadership, customer care, and sales to meet or exceed customer expectations.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of supervisory/manager experience in warehousing or logistics, strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and a track record of coaching teams while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Business or related field preferred but not required.
• Four+ years of experience as Supervisor/Manager in Warehousing or Logistics.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• High sense of urgency and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work autonomously with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to meet budget and safety goals.
• Lead staff, set goals, train, conduct evaluations.
• Collaborate with operations leadership, sales, and customer care.
• Ensure SOPs and inventory control, safety culture.
• Utilize Warehouse Management System for cycle counts and space optimization.
