Job summary

ITS Logistics, LLC is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to lead an on-site team focused on inventory accuracy, reporting, and cycle counting across campuses. The role collaborates with operations and administrative leaders to fuel ITS growth and excellence in the supply chain.

The position requires 5+ years in distribution with WMS/ERP systems, strong leadership, and solid communication skills. On-site responsibilities include working in a fast-paced industrial environment with PPE protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required.
• Five+ years of distribution/warehouse experience with WMS/ERP and inventory control.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills; strong problem resolution.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Must be able to stand/walk on concrete and endure industrial environments.
• Adherence to safety and PPE protocols on the operations floor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of 2–6+ Inventory Control Specialists across locations/campuses; hire/train as needed.
• Create and implement SOPs to improve inventory accuracy and reporting.
• Manage and improve cycle counting programs; launch new ones as needed.
• Collaborate with Operations/Administrative teams to remove roadblocks affecting accuracy.
• Develop familiarity with internal WMS and reporting systems to drive continuous improvement.
