Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Warehouse Logistics Manager to lead and optimize all warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. You will supervise staff, coordinate with carriers, and drive efficiency across inventory, receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong data-driven decision-making, and a solid background in WMS/ERP systems, OSHA compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience.
• 1–3 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience with WMS/ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Manhattan, etc.).
• Strong understanding of OSHA and warehouse safety regulations.
• Lean or Six Sigma training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
• Maintain stock accuracy and perform cycle counts to resolve discrepancies.
• Manage carrier scheduling, freight routing, and on-time shipments.
• Recruit, train, coach, and supervise warehouse associates and equipment operators.
• Implement lean practices and drive continuous improvement.
• Enforce OSHA standards, conduct safety audits, and maintain equipment certifications.
• Manage WMS/ERP usage and ensure accurate data entry.
• Track operational metrics and present performance updates to leadership.
• Resolve issues with vendors and carriers while maintaining service levels.
