Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Five years of experience in a high-volume warehouse/production environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates daily activities of the facility and warehouse to ensure shipping and receiving meet customer expectations.
• Reads, understands, and ensures policies and SOPs are followed by all team members and managers.
• Assists in developing and implementing company policies, procedures, goals, and objectives with leadership and customers when needed.
• Mentors supervisors to address team members' concerns and development needs.
• Collaborates with leadership, engineers, quality reps, and core leaders to exceed expectations.
• Oversees supervision of facility and warehouse team members; coaches and develops hourly staff and front-line managers.
• Monitors operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery and quality control.
• Audits daily Leader Standard Work and production schedules for warehouse/dept.
• Drives continuous improvement in facility and warehouse systems, processes, and policies.
• Directs and coordinates quality control and damage reduction; determines staffing levels to achieve customer success.
