Job summary

RiseMe in Houston (on-site) seeks a Warehouse Operations Coordinator to align daily warehouse activities, manage reports, and support logistics across departments. You will coordinate work queues, manage shipments, and drive KPI reporting while ensuring safety and 6S practices are followed.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s in business/ops and 3+ years in operations or logistics, with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or related field preferred.
At least 3+ years of operations, inventory, logistics or customer service experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with cross-functional stakeholders.
Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

Coordinate workflow for warehouse fulfilment and material queues.
Provide administrative support across departments (schedule meetings, manage Teams, stock checks).
Manage operational reports (open orders, will call orders) and daily KPI tracking.
Handle logistics for shipments via customer portals (Home Depot, Lowe’s, Grainger, etc.).
Plan and execute projects; ensure goals meet time and scope.
Ensure effective inter-department communication to align with goals.
Create and manage transfer shipments to other distribution centers.
Ensure 6S and safety activities are performed monthly.
