Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of progressive warehouse, logistics, or materials management experience.
• At least 3 years of hands-on leadership in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems and knowledge of OSHA and forklift protocols.
• Strong leadership, accountability, and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, staging, and internal material movement.
• Supervise warehouse associates and forklift drivers, setting daily priorities and resolving bottlenecks.
• Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, including dock scheduling, carrier communication, and compliance with retail routing guides.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and discrepancy control, utilizing ERP systems.
• Ensure safety standards are met, including OSHA compliance and proper forklift practices.
