Job summary

PetIQ is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator in Omaha to support daily distribution center operations, including coordinating production documentation and assisting with shipping, receiving, and inventory activities. The role requires maintaining accurate records and collaborating with production leads, customer service, and inventory teams to support audits and compliance.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of office administration experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of office administrative experience.
• 1+ years in use of PC with Microsoft office knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Issue components to Production jobs once complete.
• Assist receiving with receiving shipments, printing labels and pallet tags.
• Route collected shipments in the customers’ portals.
• Support DC Production Leads including printing job paperwork, completing hourly audits, assigning jobs for temporary and full-time staff.
• Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence.
• Input maintenance work orders into system and schedule work with outside contractors.
• Manage office inventory and work with vendors to ensure regular supplies.
• Provide copies of filed BOLs to accounting and auditors.
• Support other DC duties as needed (including production back up).
• Verify and file BOLs and pick tickets daily; provide copies to accounting and auditors.
• Support Inventory Cycle Counts.
• Order DC supplies for shipping, DC production, maintenance, and cleaning staff.
• Support Customer Service Compliance, Distribution Coordinator, Receiving Supervisor and assist with DC complaints/fines.
