Job summary

PetIQ is seeking a Warehouse Lead to support the warehouse team and ensure daily tasks run smoothly. You will prepare the team with supplies and clear instructions, troubleshoot issues, and monitor accuracy and on-time fulfillment.

Responsibilities include directing a shift, supervising pick/pack/ship, using a WMS and sortation system, maintaining safety and quality, and reporting production metrics to the operations manager. A high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Experience using a WMS system to organize orders on a sortation system.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and directs a team on a scheduled shift.
• Ensure that orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and timely.
• Counts cartons to crosscheck customer orders.
• Update and maintain production reports.
• Assist the Supervisor/Manager with employee adherence to policies.
