Job summary

Compana Pet Brands in Omaha, NE is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our growing team. This role supports regulatory compliance, inventory accuracy, and efficient inbound/outbound shipments while fostering a safe, productive work environment.

You will oversee day-to-day warehouse operations from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, ensuring OTIF delivery and cost-effective practices. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 5 years of warehouse leadership experience,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
5 years warehouse management including safety, quality control, and inventory management.
Forklift and Shagtruck certification.
Lean warehouse experience with efficiency improvements.

Responsibilities

Meet internal and external regulatory compliance requirements for the warehouse.
Ensure organization, inventory control, and shipments are accurate and efficient.
Lead, develop, and motivate a team with focus on safety and efficiency of operations.
Develop and implement processes with focus on quality, service, regulatory, safety and cost.
Focus on inventory management, accounting control, and transaction integrity to ensure inventory tracking, quantity and valuation is maintained.
Manage carrier selection for each lane to minimize transportation costs while maintaining OTIF metrics.
