You will own supplier communications, manage POs, track samples, and help ensure on-time delivery while coordinating with cross-functional partners and leadership.

This role emphasizes process improvements, ERP/MRP data setup, and surge capacity as new projects enter the queue to keep development to launch on schedule.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, supplier management, or project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Owns end-to-end sample processing and tracking for active innovation projects, including receiving, logging, and coordinating internal evaluation of samples.
• Serves as the point of contact for supplier calls on innovation projects, keeping suppliers aligned to status, timelines, and requirements and flagging risks early.
• Issues and manages purchase orders for raw materials, components, packaging, and finished goods for assigned suppliers and new items, ensuring on-time delivery and cost control.
• Monitors supplier performance (delivery, lead time, quality), expedites orders as needed, and resolves pricing and invoice discrepancies.
• Prepares and supports Innovation meetings, including materials and agendas, and updates the ERP/MRP system with lead times and data for planning.
