Matlock Group LLC is partnering with a growing logistics and distribution organization to recruit a Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations and inventory management, including a technical product services focus.

The role leads a team of warehouse associates, driving process improvements, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring on-schedule, accurate order fulfillment with a strong emphasis on safety and quality. Competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory or management experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, fulfillment, or technical operations.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Experience with inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Comfortable working with technical products, electronics, or hardware.
• Experience using WMS/ERP or inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse and technical service operations
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse team members
• Oversee product testing, configuration, troubleshooting, staging, and quality inspections
• Manage inbound receiving, inventory, order fulfillment, shipping, and reverse logistics
• Ensure customer orders are completed accurately and meet quality standards
• Monitor productivity and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
• Coordinate employee training, scheduling, and workflow planning
• Partner with internal teams to resolve operational issues and support customer satisfaction
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment
• Prepare reports and monitor key operational metrics
