Job description

We’re seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations, lead staff, and ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately while maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient facility. This role manages scheduling, workflow, performance, and operational improvements.

Direct reports: ~4 | Total team: ~45

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, staffing, and scheduling.

Ensure production, accuracy, and service goals are met.

• Lead maintenance, sanitation, and food safety compliance.
• Manage warehouse systems including WMS, voice selection, and JD Edwards.
• Drive improvements in material handling, safety, efficiency, and cost control.
• Assist with budgeting and manage overtime and labor costs.
• Implement operational improvements and support leadership directives.
• Partner with the Distribution Manager to resolve daily issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 5+ years of warehouse or labor‑management experience.
• Experience with WMS, engineered labor standards, Lucas voice tech, JD Edwards.
• Strong leadership, staffing, safety management, budgeting, and process skills.
