Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in warehouse or distribution.
• 5+ years of managerial experience.
• Experience with load/freight management and fulfillment operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organization and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan layout, product flows, space requirements and handling systems to optimize inventory efficiency.
• Build and monitor metrics for orders, picking times and cycles.
• Use RF Smart or similar system to optimize processes and reporting.
• Coordinate with other departments and locations to drive continuous improvement in warehousing and shipping.
• Plan for busy and slow seasons and day-to-day activities to maximize capacity.
• Collaborate with other locations to optimize transfer items, costs and distribution utilization.
• Work with Director of Logistics and Sales to optimize space, efficiency and reduce outages.
• Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement; lead and mentor the team to deliver quality service.
