Job summary

The Service Delivery Manager at NSG Group oversees all day-to-day warehouse and delivery operations at the Fairfax location, ensuring the right glass is delivered on time and in perfect condition. You lead safety practices, optimize labor, and drive continuous improvement to meet service and cost targets.

You will manage inventory, staffing, and process adherence to JSOX and QMS standards, partnering with senior leadership to sustain reliable performance and customer value.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in a relevant field and 5+ years supervisory experience, or 10+ years of supervisory experience without a degree.
• Extensive distribution/logistics experience and knowledge.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; proficiency with SAP and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse and delivery operations to meet service targets and costs.
• Drive a safety-first culture and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Optimize labor deployment, inventory flow, and process efficiency.
• Ensure JSOX and QMS compliance and drive continuous improvement.
• Coach staff, manage performance reviews, and staff development.
