Job summary

Pilkington North America, part of the NSG Group, is seeking a driver/warehouse associate in the Springfield, VA area. The role focuses on delivering glass, stocking the warehouse, and maintaining strong customer relations during deliveries.

Core hours are 4:30pm–1:00am, Monday through Friday, with a pay rate of $21 per hour. Experience with forklifts and inventory systems is preferred. Employment offers comprehensive benefits and a safety-focused work environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to lift 35-45 pounds regularly and up to 70 pounds occasionally.
• Proficiency with forklifts, order pickers and basic hand tools.
• Good attendance and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivers glass to customers promptly.
• Maintains warehouse stock and ships orders.
• Develops and maintains good customer relations on delivery.
• Unpacks incoming shipments and places glass in assigned racks.
• Works with lead person to ensure high level of customer service.
• Inspects glass and loads parts onto trucks for delivery.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and checks orders from warehouse office.
