Job summary

The SYGMA Network is seeking a senior operations leader for our Orlando warehouse. You will oversee safety, staffing, training, and performance, driving efficient product flow and adherence to company policies and OSHA requirements.

You will collaborate with RDC departments to optimize operations and maximize productivity. The role requires a proven track record in warehouse management, staff development, and strong communication skills to lead multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Must ensure safety, OSHA compliance, and quality control in the warehouse.
• Experience with warehouse systems (WMS) and labor management processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety rules to eliminate accidents and injuries.
• Manage warehouse management team and associates; hire, train, and evaluate.
• Lead and develop operations staff to meet productivity goals.
