Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 5+ years warehouse experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of warehouse/logistics experience with a beverage, food or liquid consumer products manufacturer.
• 3 years of managing groups of teams to achieve production, safety, quality objectives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours on multiple shifts.
• Previous supervisory experience with strong communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of supervisors to meet plant safety, quality, training and productivity goals.
• Develop and implement plans to meet production schedules and optimize warehouse operations.
• Recruit, profile positions and advise on hiring and compensation decisions.
• Ensure forklift training/certification and proper maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain housekeeping and drive cost containment across warehouse functions.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling and collaboration with production and customer service to satisfy demand.
