Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or production environment.
• Experience leading frontline teams in a fast-paced operational setting.
• Strong communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 20-40 warehouse production associates.
• Establish performance expectations and ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.
• Conduct performance coaching and corrective actions as needed.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and team-oriented work environment.
• Oversee daily production activities and ensure timely, accurate fulfillment of orders.
