Refresco Beverages US Inc. in Texas is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, in a fast-paced distribution environment.

You will lead and direct the loading workforce, enforce safety compliance (GMP/SQF), manage inventory accuracy, and coordinate with trucking firms to ensure timely deliveries while controlling costs. This role requires forklift certification and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; degree preferred
• 5+ years in a manufacturing environment, food/beverage background preferred
• Forklift certification required and forklift operation experience
• Experience with SAP and warehouse management software (WMS) preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including shipping/receiving
• Lead and direct the loading workforce; participate in hiring decisions
• Coordinate with trucking firms to schedule pickups/deliveries; minimize freight costs
• Ensure inventory accuracy and implement processes to maximize consistency
• Enforce safety, QA, GMP, SQF compliance and OHSA standards
• Manage department metrics and budgets; drive operational improvements
