Job summary

Performance Food Group in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to direct all warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, ensuring accurate and timely flow of product. You will work as part of a team to support the company's distribution network and operational excellence.

The role emphasizes staff supervision, safety program enforcement, and coordination with the Transportation Manager to deliver efficient service and inventory control.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years warehouse and team lead or supervisory experience.
• Bachelors: Business management, logistics or related area (preferred).
• 6-10 years warehouse experience with knowledge of all warehouse phases.
• Supervisory experience and OSHA forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staffing, training, coaching and performance management.
• Coordinates with Transportation Manager to maximize warehouse efficiency.
• Reviews stock status and coordinates inventory counts to meet customer needs.
• Coordinate returns of obsolete product to vendors or other distributors.
• Ensure building and equipment are maintained; supervise maintenance activities.
• Notify customers of stock shortages and communicate with CS/Operations.
• Maintain adherence to SOPs and ensure staff compliance.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
