Target Specialty Products is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead a team, optimize receiving, storage, and shipping processes, and ensure inventory accuracy. You will drive continuous improvement, manage budgets, and maintain a safe, compliant work environment in alignment with company policies.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, multi-site supervision, and collaboration with customers and vendors to deliver on-time results while upholding safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or related field.
• 4+ years in warehouse or branch operations management, with 3+ years in multi-site supervision.
• Proven experience in inventory control, order fulfillment, and staff supervision.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and develop a team of warehouse staff to high performance.
• Oversee day-to-day operations: receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, perform cycle counts, and prevent losses.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement cost-saving improvements.
• Ensure safety protocols and equipment maintenance, maintain licenses.
• Collaborate with customer service and vendors to meet delivery timelines.
