Imperative Logistics Group is seeking a Warehouse Operations Leader in Texas to direct daily warehouse activities, ensure safety, and coordinate cross-department efforts to meet production and shipping goals.

You will supervise outbound/inbound processes, manage WMS records, and drive efficiency through process improvements while leading a team and maintaining strict safety standards.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED with supervisory experience in warehouse.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish helpful.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all daily warehouse operations to meet production and shipping goals.
• Supervise outbound picking, staging, loading and verify carrier assignments.
• Oversee inbound unloading, staging, labeling and resolve OS&D issues.
• Maintain records in the WMS for inbound shipments.
• Coordinate special projects to improve warehouse efficiency.
• Lead daily cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Supervise staff, perform performance appraisals and assist with training.
• Ensure safety compliance and conduct safety audits.
• Assist with hiring and onboarding of staff.
