Job summary

FedEx Supply Chain, Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead daily warehouse activities, allocate resources, and drive performance across safety, quality, efficiency, and KPI metrics.

You will supervise a small team, coach staff, and ensure timely execution of plans while maintaining compliance and product integrity. Successful candidates have a bachelor's degree or military rank along with six months of warehouse leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military rank as alternative credentials.
• Six months warehouse or supply chain experience with demonstrated leadership.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise at least two direct reports and drive performance.
• Oversee daily/weekly/monthly warehouse activities and reports.
• Ensure safety, quality, and KPI targets are met.
• Coordinate inventories and support security and 5S standards.
• Lead huddles, coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives.
