Responsibilities

• Supervise at least two full-time direct reports and provide coaching and performance management.
• Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly production activities in warehouse operations.
• Prepare and distribute operational reports to support day-to-day activities.
• Ensure schedules are implemented and jobs completed effectively.
• Drive safety through meetings, training, and floor walkthroughs.
• Promote 5S and a clean, orderly work environment.
