Job summary

FedEx Supply Chain, Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, allocate resources, and drive safety, quality, and efficiency KPIs. You will supervise direct reports, coordinate schedules, and ensure accurate inventory handling and reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or military leadership experience and at least 6 months in a warehouse environment, with strong organizational and communication skills for high-pressure settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or military-equivalent leadership.
• At least 6 months in a warehouse or supply chain setting with demonstrated leadership.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise at least two direct reports, including hiring recommendations and performance management.
• Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse production activities and reports.
• Ensure schedules and tasks are assigned and completed effectively.
• Promote safety and 5S standards across the facility.
• Lead continuous improvement and change management initiatives.
