Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum 3 years of warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience.
Minimum 1 year of supervisory, lead, or team leadership experience.
Experience with inventory management and warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP systems.
Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory control, material movement, order fulfillment, and shipping operations.
Coordinate staffing and work assignments to support changing production schedules and customer demand.
Ensure timely staging and delivery of raw materials to production areas.
Oversee the movement of finished goods from production to warehouse storage and outbound shipment locations.
Monitor warehouse organization, housekeeping, and storage practices to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
